What our users say about PRIME

PRIME [registry] is a safe harbor. In a world replete with insurers, accrediting agencies, and governments requesting quality data, PRIME makes a very difficult job easy. Time and energy spent with PRIME technicians helping them spelunk data from your electronic health record translate into many hours saved when data is requested by third parties…

What our users say about PRIME

For decades, the promise of primary care has been laid at the feet of front-line providers who work tirelessly to meet the needs of their individual patients. But, with no overarching way to view how their care, and the care of their colleagues, impacts their communities, physicians and care teams are only getting part of the story. The PRIME registry holds the key to unlocking this vital information…

What our users say about PRIME

Thanks [to Salil] as always for keeping me up-to-date with all of the work being done behind the scenes on behalf of Anchor Healthcare.  They wouldn’t be able to attest as a group without FIGmd’s expertise and persistence.

What our users say about PRIME

I want to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude for Prathamesh’s partnership with our office. I hope our company gets to keep Prathamesh for many years to come as we find him extremely reliable, 100% professional, 100% helpful and knowledgeable, 100% patient and friendly and 100% patient. He never tires of repeating and explaining this very complex process…

The PRIME Mission

The PRIME registry aims to relieve burden, improve quality assessment and improvement, prioritize measures that matter, and attract resources to primary care to support comprehensive, relationship-rich care.

What is PRIME Registry

PRIME Registry is the largest national Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for Primary Care. PRIME Registry was established by the American Board of Family Medicine in 2016 to help provide family physicians and primary care clinicians a faster, easier way to evaluate practice performance, with a suite of built-in tools designed to improve primary care practice and patient outcomes, and reduce the burden of reporting for CMS payment programs (like the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System and Primary Care First), at no extra cost.

Who Can Participate in PRIME Registry?

PRIME Registry is open to all Primary Care Clinicians, including Family Physicians, General Internists, General Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and many other clinical team members.

How PRIME Works

Either via software interface (PULL) or file submission (PUSH), PRIME maps the data in your practice Electronic Health Record (EHR) to the quality measures you choose, and calculates a performance score for each measure. Those scores and the performance trend details are then presented in an easy to use dashboard that allows clinicians and practices to view and track measure performance data at the practice, clinician and patient level.
