What PRIME Registry Users Have to Say

PRIME Registry is the data solution that my practice has used for a number of years. As the lead physician who oversees value contracting for our independent family practice clinic, PRIME is invaluable as a resource to know what we are doing well and where we need to make improvements. The ability to know how well we are taking care of our patients not only makes us better at providing the highest quality of care to them, but also shows to insurers, employers, and ACOs how valuable we are in the value-based world.

As part of an ACO, we are able to be financially rewarded for doing the best for our patients. This is a very tangible return on the investment of being part of the ABFM. Both in commercial value contracts and MSSP, our practice and our ACO are able to thrive based on the ability to correctly see our data and separate it by provider and even patient groups and individual patients. The efficiency of concentrating on our weak areas and not the places we are doing well keeps us nimble in a changing value contracting world.

As Medical Director for OneHealth Nebraska ACO, we are enrolling our clinics as quickly as possible to create a “Rosetta Stone” for disparate EHR data sources to get real time, accurate information which is valuable and actionable to make our ACO very successful in MSSP and commercial value-based contracts. The feature of eCQM reporting and even commercial gap closures which is built in to PRIME even increases its usefulness. We are excited about the shared mission and vision of PRIME and the ABFM along with our independent, physician-owned ACO to keep our independent practices independent and our patients first and at the center of what we do.

PRIME registry was recommended to us by our EMR vendor, Amazing Charts. Our goal was to track MIPS quality measures and ultimately submit it to CMS. PRIME through its technology arm FIGmd  far exceeded our expectations in terms of robustness  of the registry, ease of the integration of our EMR data into their system, ease of use of the interface, rich with numerous features that makes analysis and recovery actions easy,  and finally an awesome one-on-one support from their account team. The annual subscription is also very reasonable. They have also expanded the product’s capability to include submitting ACI and IA MIPS measures to CMS as well.
